Let’s talk electrolysis!

I know it sounds cheesy, but electrolysis is life-changing for so many people, myself included. I struggled for years with unwanted facial hair. I tried every method of hair removal available. Waxing gave me ingrowing hairs, tweezing took around 30 minutes every morning, depilatory creams would irritate my sensitive skin; I even tried laser. For me, it made the situation worse. I resigned to shaving daily and constantly worrying that people could see that dark shadow of stubble. I kept a pair of tweezers with me all the time; does anyone else have car tweezers?! The impact it had on my self esteem was huge. I felt like I had to hide away. Does this sound familiar?

After tearfully confiding in a friend one day, she suggested I try electrolysis. At that time, I had never even heard of electrolysis.

During my consultation, I burst into tears. Learning that electrolysis would remove my facial hair permanently, and learning that I wasn’t alone in this struggle was such a relief. Now, I have a catch-up visit to my electrologist two or three times a year to catch any growth

Having personally experienced the positive impact of electrolysis, I decided I wanted to help others who were experiencing a similar struggle.
